Who it is for

Transport operators with 15–80 vehicles at one or two depots who suspect maintenance spend is rising without a clear cause. Typical clients include coach operators, refrigerated delivery fleets, and municipal bus contractors.

Process

  1. Discovery call (week 0). Confirm fleet size, record types, and review period—typically 12–18 months of history.
  2. Deposit and scheduling. 40% deposit secures your slot. We send a record-gathering checklist.
  3. Site visit (week 1). Analyst spends a full day at your depot with the workshop foreman.
  4. Data work (weeks 2–5). Cleaning, categorisation, chart building, and draft findings.
  5. Delivery (week 6). Final report pack and briefing call. Balance invoice issued on delivery.

Preparation on your side

Gather parts invoices, job cards, odometer readings, and any garage software exports for the review period. Paper records are fine—we digitise on site. Assign one workshop contact who can answer questions about unusual repairs.

Pricing basis

Starting at 38,000,000 VND for one depot up to 40 vehicles. Additional depots add 12,000,000 VND each. Fleets above 80 vehicles or with mixed refrigeration and heavy-haul units receive a custom quote. See full rate guide.
