Where we visit fleets

Our analysts are based in Nha Trang and travel to depots nationwide. Most engagements include at least one on-site day so we can read records with your workshop team and walk the yard.

Central Coast (home region)

Khanh Hoa, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh. Same-week site visits often available. No flight required.

South

Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Vung Tau. Regular engagements; flights booked 10–14 days ahead.

North

Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh. Two to three site visits per quarter; schedule early for Q4 peak season.

Central Highlands

Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai. Road travel from Nha Trang; allow two days for return trips including workshop time.

How a site visit works

  1. Pre-visit checklist. We send a list of records to gather: parts invoices, service sheets, odometer exports, and driver defect logs for the review period.
  2. On-site day. Analyst meets workshop foreman, tours parked units if permitted, and photocopies or digitises missing documents.
  3. Remote analysis. Back in Nha Trang, data cleaning and chart building typically take three to five weeks depending on record quality.
  4. Delivery. Report pack sent by secure link. Optional briefing at your office or via video call.

Travel outside Khanh Hoa is billed at actual cost plus a 15% coordination fee. See rates for detail.
